? Why a festival of documentary film in the town of Khouribga

  No one claims today only the concept of development of dimension cultural and human became not only the prerogative of the large cities… but the spirit of initiative, the citizenship, anchored in the noble cultural values, became an act of small and average cities.  The town of Khouribga presents an infrastructure available for the reception of an international cultural event… in this direction was conceived in the additive with this documentary, the international cultural event… a scientific event and of development… this festival of documentary film wants to contribute to provide a faithful image of Morocco. Morocco of the changes… initiatives   Why this selection of international documentary film in this town of Khouribga? There is question of the universalization of today, the question of the voice and the image which became indicators of the cultural events… without forgetting that the documentary one can be educational, scientist, artistic, historical and aesthetic…   The idea of a documentary film was evoked, considering the importance of the role of the image and the sound in the maintenance of our national memory, Arab, and of the memory of humanity… but the idea of documentary film through this glance, is the occasion of the dialogue and the communication between us and us and the world… it is also an occasion for the formation and documentation… it is also an occasion to employ this technology for beneficial and nonharmful exchanges between our young people in a way scientific, educational, cultural and humane

 

Objectives of the festival

 

  The objectives of this festival are educational, cultural and social:   To contribute to the urban development, culturally, economically and socially. …, Which will have positive effects… and to make speak about Khouribga.   To reflect and share the concerns of the people.   The development of our techniques (especially numerical) through the formation and the organization of the workshops for the young people of the area, the city and of Morocco…   The integration of the culture in the social, cultural, artistic demonstrations. To reject all the demonstrations of violence, extremism and to provide an occasion to engage the culture of the image and sound in noble humane questions.   To commit itself providing an exact image of the bond between the culture of Morocco of yesterday and today and tomorrow, and to establish that this culture is opened with and on the other…   To contribute to the documentation of our memory national, provincial, regional and local… to manufacture stations of monitoring during the history

 

 

Target groups 

 

 Groups of pupils, of students and the young people in general, while making them conscious of the importance of documentary film in the development of their aptitudes cognitive, cultural, psychological and educational…   Categories of people and intellectuals whom the festival will offer to them the possibility of interacting and of communicating with others, as well inside as outside the fatherland.   Main categories of citizens who will profit directly and indirectly via the organization from parallel activities (exposures – evenings

It wrote “jamaliat Al hakii”: “the esthetics of speaking” in 2004, and under press “soual Al jamal fi assinima Al arabia”:  “a question of beauty in the Arab cinema”, it took part in many programs, seminars and radio transmissions and of television and supervised many workshops, a former member of the formation in many committees of arbitration, and a member of the editorial board of the electronic review of cinema “Al faouaniss

 

 Dr. Bouchaib EL MESSAOUDI:   A specialist in the rheumatic diseases (rheumatologist) and one of the founder members and many associations, founder and former president of the Association of Doctors of Khouribga… Author of many conferences, member of the international Company for the fight against the rheumatic diseases

 

Dr. ARAB Abdelhadi:   Researcher in the field of sociology has many articles and studies on

philosophical/sociological nature….  With contributed to many social studies

 

Mr. Rachid LAROUSSI:   Scenario writer, writer and actor, graduate of the higher Institute of dramatic art and the cultural revitalization of the ministry for the Culture, took part in a certain number of series of television, with the first and the second national chains of television, under the aegis of the Ministry for the Culture took part in several festivals of cinema, of the theatre national and international, with programs of radio and television, experiment in the field of the technical supervision of the cultural and artistic events has

 

Mr. Hassan MOUJTAHID:   Tally of the Ministry for national Education, a founder member of many associations, has a certain number of studies, articles and of cover of the many cultural festivals, educational and technical, took part in many national and international festivals, and a member of the editorial board of electronic review “Al faouaniss”, has experience in the field of

administrative and financial management

 

 Mr. Abdelghani ESSAMLALI:   Researcher and tallies in the institute of the navy in Casablanca, has international experience in the field of research, took part in several meetings of formations in European countries

  

 Mre Salah AQQAR:   Lawyer with the Bar of Khouribga and founder of several associations, a member of the Association of the Bar of Khouribga, the founder of many religious organizations and right, active member.   In addition to the members of honor, many academics of Morocco, certain media and certain authors and realizers who confirmed their support for the idea

 

 

Program general  

 

  The Association of the International Festival of Documentary Film of Khouribga (AFIFDOK) will organize each year a festival under a particular topic with: = one evening and a film of opening = of films of competition according to the topic = of films except competition = of the workshops concerning “FILM” = of the artistic exposures: paintings, photographs, relics… = of the round tables and conferences of specialists in various organizations = one evening of closing: music, theatre, poetry and handing-over of the prices with homage for personalities (of the cinema in particular)

 

An annual program is established

Workshops concerning the trades of the cinema in the colleges, the colleges, faculties and the educational establishments higher. This relates to the publicly-owned establishments and private

Conferences and round tables

Partners of sensitizing and education in the cities and the partners of the province of Khouribga Of the partners evolving/moving in the process of the INDH (the national Initiative for the human development
